- Units are restricted to age 55+
- Optional Services are fee based
- Alcoholic Beverages may require a Physician’s approval
- Pet’s will incur a $500 deposit and may be refused due to the resident’s ability to provide adequate care
- Approval for pets may be terminated for “bad acts”
- No toddlers or children under 18 will be permitted to stay overnight
- Young adults overnight stays are restricted to one week
